We have decided that we will likely not cruise with MSC again however we will work with Pinar on our future trips as she was fantastic. I
will be emailing Pinar our feedback and personal experience with MSC as there were many short comings this cruise line had. One example of something that can easily be fixed is that the ship was beautiful but it was hard to walk passed dirty laundry and garbage daily. Again this is not a reflection of Pinar but something that you should be aware of when families who have cruised in the past inquire about MSC. Even on Carnival this was never an issue.

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! We started with a Royal Caribbean cruise on the Odyssey of the Seas to Civitavecchia, Italy, toured many areas of Italy, and spent a lot of time with family. It was a big trip for us, we spent around 9 weeks away. We ended up in the UK to end our trip with a crossing to NY on the Queen Mary 2. This is the second trip Crystal has planned for us to Europe. She booked most of our trip and had us set up with the cruises, trains, private drivers, hotels, and we were very organized as we set off for our wonderful adventure. She was accessible if we needed her with any questions or concerns along the way. We can't wait to plan our next trip and will definitely be calling Crystal to help us once again, thank you Crystal!! If you’re looking for someone to make your next vacation worry free, you’ve found it ! We started our experience last year when we went on a European vacation with our children and David and Crystal made sure that every step of the trip was taken care of. This year we cruised for a long weekend on the Caribbean and it was also an amazing experience, completely arranged and taken care of. Crystal planned a great Alaskan cruise and land tour for my parents celebrating their 50 year wedding anniversary. Her thoughtful and insightful experience really made the trip special and hassle-free which is critical for seniors! My husband and I worked mainly with Crystal in our 25th wedding anniversary cruise. Crystal asked us what we were looking for, when we wanted to go, and what we were wanting to spend. After that she gave us multiple selections for our Alaskan cruise. I couldn't have been more pleased with the way that she helped me with payments, insurance, and guiding me on other things. Crystal and David helped plan our 5 year anniversary trip! It was a surprise for me but helped my husband out with the details. They did an excellent job and helped take away stress that comes with planning vacations. They even had chocolate covered strawberries sent to our room as an anniversary gift which was so thoughtful. I would definitely recommend going through them when trying to plan a vacation because they respond promptly, give great advice and help make your vacation fun and overall a great experience! Crystal helped plan my mom's first cruise. She was always willing to answer any questions and always stayed in contact with me before and after the cruise. I will be contacting her in the future to help plan my Vegas Vacation.

From the minute I met Crystal she has been nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! She planned, booked, and basically did all of the hard work for our Family Vacation!! There were 14 of us.... Thank you so much Stress Free Vacation Planners for providing us with the best vacation we've ever had. Sailing the Carnival Ecstasy out of Miami, Florida was a wonderful time for the family. My husband and I were able to enjoy each others company, my parents were able to relax and take a moment to unwind, and our 6 and 15 year old built many new friendships with fellow cruise guests. Our days aboard were spent poolside during the day feasting on amazing meals and sipping some of the yummiest cocktails and our evenings involved the kids participating in clubs and activities centered around their age groups.
